1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the mp007 platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the following ancillary documents which are incorporated herein by reference:

• The Privacy Policy
• The Responsible Gaming Policy
• The specific rules and terms applicable to each bonus or promotional offer
• Any game-specific rules published on the platform

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mp007 platform and close your account. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

3Eligibility

Access to and use of the mp007 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. Indonesia's minimum legal age for participation in betting and gaming activities is 21 years. mp007 strictly enforces this requirement at registration and KYC stages.
3. You must be a resident of Indonesia or be legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register maintained by mp007 or any jurisdiction-level responsible gaming authority.
5. You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of mp007 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game studios.
6. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.

4Account Registration

To access the betting and gaming services offered by mp007, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. By registering, you warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration details and promptly notify mp007 of any changes via the support channel.
• You will not share your login credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• You will use a strong, unique password and take reasonable precautions against unauthorized account access.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted exactly one registered account. mp007 employs technical and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are found to be linked to the same individual — whether through shared device identifiers, IP addresses, banking details, or KYC documents — all duplicate accounts will be suspended, accumulated winnings on duplicate accounts will be voided, and the original account will be reviewed for reinstatement.

mp007 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where registration is suspected to be automated, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

5Identity Verification (KYC)

mp007 is committed to operating a secure, compliant platform. As part of this commitment, identity verification is required before withdrawals are processed and may be required at any point during your use of the platform. The KYC process typically requires:

1. Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear, unobstructed photograph of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — national identity card), passport, or driver's license. The document must be valid and must clearly display your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
2. Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the last three months, displaying your full name and residential address in Indonesia.
3. Selfie Verification: A real-time selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID alongside a written note displaying the current date and the text "mp007."
4. Payment Method Verification: Where applicable, confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name — consistent with your KYC documents.

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team. Standard processing times are within 24 hours; expedited processing (under 2 hours) is available for Gold-tier and above VIP players. mp007 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

mp007 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian players:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction (higher limits available upon request for VIP-tier players).
• Deposits are credited to the player account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• During normal banking hours (08.00–21.00 WIB), bank transfers are typically processed within 5 minutes. Off-peak transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the originating bank's settlement schedule.
• E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly.
• mp007 does not charge deposit processing fees. Your originating bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name, consistent with your KYC documents. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 3 hours for fully verified accounts, depending on VIP tier.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same bank account or e-wallet registered at account verification. Payments to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification. mp007 reserves the right to conduct additional due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request.
• No withdrawal processing fees are charged by mp007 for standard bank transfer withdrawals above Rp 100.000.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

7Bonuses & Promotions

mp007 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms accompanying an individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before associated winnings become withdrawable. The specific rollover multiplier and qualifying bet types are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
2. Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the player's balance.
3. Bet Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward rollover requirements. Typically, sports betting markets contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 10%–20%; togel (lottery draws) and table games may contribute at reduced rates. Specific rates are published within each promotion.
4. Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet or stake is Rp 200.000 unless a higher limit is expressly stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
5. Single Bonus Policy: Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously constitutes a violation of these Terms.
6. Abuse & Fraud: mp007 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where promotional abuse is detected. This includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses via multiple accounts, coordinated betting to guarantee outcomes regardless of result (arbitrage), exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, or using automated software to generate bonus activity.
7. Right to Modify: mp007 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with bonuses already active at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in force at the time the bonus was claimed.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets — including football (bandar bola exchange markets), mix parlay accumulators, Asian Handicap, and live in-play markets — are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market on the platform. Key general provisions include:

• Bets are not accepted or confirmed until the system has processed the bet slip and issued a bet reference number. Verbal or chat-based confirmations by support agents do not constitute valid bet placement.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applied to that bet, subject to the platform's late-acceptance policy on in-play markets.
• mp007 reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets, or decline bet requests from any player account, including high-volume or consistently profitable accounts, at its sole discretion.
• Results are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, FIFA for international competitions). In the event of a dispute, mp007's settlement decision is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution procedure in Section 15.

8.2 Casino & RNG Games

All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, number games) are certified by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP values represent statistical long-run averages across millions of rounds — they are not guarantees of any individual session outcome. All game results are generated by certified random number generators and are not influenced by mp007 operationally.

8.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. Technical disruptions during a live game session (connectivity loss, stream failure) are recorded. mp007 will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from documented technical failures, but cannot guarantee resolution in cases where the player's own connectivity is at fault.

8.4 Togel (Numbers Lottery)

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are taken from officially published results of the relevant market (e.g., Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sidney Pools). mp007 does not control or influence draw outcomes. Settlement follows published results as verified by the relevant organizing authority.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mp007 platform and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
2. Opening more than one account.
3. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any form of money laundering.
4. Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
5. Colluding with other players in casino games or live dealer sessions.
6. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies to generate profit — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
7. Threatening, harassing, or abusing mp007 staff or other players via any communication channel.
8. Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting (also known as "surebetting") designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, to a degree that is commercially harmful to mp007.
9. Transferring account balances between player accounts or facilitating third-party wagering through your account.
10. Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10Responsible Gaming

mp007 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following player-protection tools at no cost, accessible to all registered players at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set by the player. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum continuous session duration, after which the session will be automatically terminated.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Periodic in-session pop-ups displaying time elapsed and current net balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (30-day or 90-day) or permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Self-Assessment Quiz: An anonymous questionnaire to help players evaluate their gambling behavior.

11Intellectual Property

All content available on the mp007 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, text, video streams, and user-interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of mp007 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software or game code.
• Frame or scrape any portion of the platform for commercial purposes.
• Use the mp007 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorized in writing.

12Privacy & Data Protection

mp007 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data-handling commitments include:

• Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
• KYC documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessed only by authorized compliance personnel.
• Transaction data is retained for a minimum of five years in compliance with AML regulations.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mp007 and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

1. Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
2. Any interruption of service, technical failure, server downtime, data loss, or communication failure resulting from circumstances beyond mp007's reasonable control.
3. Any error in odds, results, or game outcomes that is corrected in good faith by mp007 in accordance with established settlement procedures.
4. Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security or from sharing your login credentials.
5. Any loss arising from Force Majeure events as defined in Section 1.

mp007's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit mp007's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14Amendments to These Terms

mp007 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via:

• A prominent notice displayed on the platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the effective date of the change; and / or
• An email notification to the registered email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the mp007 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and process any outstanding balance.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter player rights, or additions of new sections that expand (rather than restrict) player rights — may take effect without prior notice and will be identified by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mp007 holds its primary gaming license ("Governing Jurisdiction"). Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Dispute Resolution Procedure:

1. Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact mp007's support team at [email protected] and allow up to 30 calendar days for mp007 to resolve the dispute informally.
2. Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint. mp007 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a final decision within 30 business days.
3. Arbitration: Where a formal complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in the Governing Jurisdiction. The arbitration panel's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
